Welcome to the Law Office of Kseniya Zavala. We are glad to offer a wide range of immigration services, from quick answers to immigration law questions to full legal support for complex matters. Keeping in mind the diversity of our audience, our firm offers several basic forms of consultation.
Initial Consultation. We offer FREE 20-minutes initial consultations. During this consultation you will have an opportunity to present your case, find out how we can help you to solve your problems, how much time it will take and what the cost is going to be. You may either call us or send us an e-mail to contact@kzavalalaw.com describing in details your circumstances and asking a specific question.
Express E-mail Consultation guarantees that you will receive an answer to your specific question within 24-hours. Express E-mail Consultation fee is $75.00 and is payable in advance or at the time of consultation. If for any reason we are unable to provide a satisfactory answer to your question within 24 hours after your payment, we will refund a full amount. If you decide to hire our firm to represent you within two weeks after the Express Consultation, you will receive a $75.00 credit.

Consultation. Our regular Consultation consists of three stages:
- You contact the firm via e-mail or phone describing your circumstances and immigration goals. We will schedule an appointment.
- The firm will then prepare a questionnaire, research immigration law, and apply the law to your circumstances;
- Finally, the firm will provide a detailed evaluation of your case. This evaluation would include an outline of your immigration possibilities, a time frame for each possibility and estimated total costs.
Consultation fee is $125.00 payable in advance or at the time of consultation. If you decide to hire our firm to represent you within two weeks after the Consultation, you will receive a $125.00 credit.

If you cannot determine which form of consultation to use, we recommend that you contact us describing in details your circumstances and all the questions you may have, and we will notify you about appropriate form of consultation.
